Official Rules: Whack-A-Woke Truth Defender Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Buying coins, perks or anything else never adds entries. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is sponsored by [sponsor] ("Sponsor"), operator of whackawoke.com.

2. Dates

The giveaway starts [start] and ends [end] (U.S. Central Time). Entries received outside this period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 or older, or who are 13 to 17 and enter with a parent's or legal guardian's permission (the parent or guardian must accept any prize on the minor's behalf). Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter (free)

Every person gets the same chances, every day:

• Free daily entry: on whackawoke.com, tap "Enter free", type your name and email, and confirm your age. Limit one per person per day.
• Play entry: clear any zone in the game, then tap "Claim my play entry". Limit one per person per day. Playing is free.

Maximum 2 entries per person per day. Entries made with multiple emails, scripts or bots are void. Entries are stored with the email you give us; see Privacy.

5. Prize

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Every entry has the same chance.

7. How the winner is picked and told

On or about [draw date], the Sponsor will pick the winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entries, using a computer random number generator. The drawing is logged (time, number of entries, a fingerprint of the entry list, the result). The winner is notified by email within 3 days and must reply within 7 days, or an alternate winner may be drawn. Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited math skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.

8. General

By entering, you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud, technical problems or anything else harms its fairness. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries. To the extent allowed by law, entrants release the Sponsor from liability related to the giveaway and any prize. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple, Google, Facebook or any other platform.

9. Winners list

For the winner's first name and state or province, contact us within 30 days after the drawing.
